• We custom build out the space you provide at our costs and with your approval on the design and color.
• Our business center operates off a valued card system which is purchased with cash or credit card through a cash load manager. A guest will then insert the valued card into the card reader which is attached to each piece of equipment (i.e., PC/printer, fax station, copy station and laptop printing station).
• Our company DOES NOT put a “hold” on the guest’s credit card. We get approval for the exact purchase amount only. Other companies with similar products put a $45.00 hold for each usage!
• We are a local company with offices 20 minutes away and we do not utilize third party service. Our staff is trained and visits the business centers at least once a day. Our company does the servicing, not your staff. Other vendors require you to replenish paper, toner, ink cartridges, etc. Support is available seven days a week with our program.
• We will pay your hotel a revenue share for allowing us to operate the business center. We do not ask you to guarantee any monthly minimums, no purchase of equipment or supplies necessary and there is very little interaction needed from your staff.
• Teenagers have become a huge part of our customer base and they find the cash for a valued card is an easy concept. Other companies only offer credit card for payment and this rules out the teenagers from using the business center. Our PC’s are loaded with the latest popular online chats, web browsers and iTunes for their satisfaction. By the same token, the business traveler is offered MS XP Office Professional, Adobe, WinZip, DVD/CD Burners, 19 in-one multimedia card readers, scanner, etc. and a networked color laser printer to accommodate their needs.
